Topless pics and all-night partying: Lindsay Lohan’s behavior cause for concern?

Lindsay Lohan seemed to have turned a corner from her wild child days, leading a quiet life in London while trying her hand as a stage actress.

Then the last three months happened.

After a blowout breakup with her Russian businessman fiancé Egor Tarabasov in July, Lohan hooked up with restauranteur Dennis Papageorgiou and has been busy promoting a new club in Athens, Greece called, well, Lohan.

To help spread the word she reportedly stays out at night in the club, she posted a pic in only her underwear on Instagram for Halloween, and posted a topless pic on Snapchat which was quickly removed. She also posted the meme: “It’s not a party until the redhead shows up.”

Lohan’s new gig and behavior has rehab professionals we talked to worried.

“Opening up a nightclub is a major red flag for someone like Lindsay because she is now going to have to promote the nightclub, being out all hours of the night and being around alcohol and drugs which puts her in a environment that is not conducive to people who have drug and alcohol issues,” Dr. Howard Samuels, founder and CEO of The Hills Treatment Center, who does not treat Lohan, told FOX411.

FOX News’ Dr. Manny Alvarez, who does not treat Lohan, said her chances of relapse are higher if she surrounds herself with drugs and alcohol. “This is very troubling for someone with her medical history the chances of relapse are very high,” Alvarez said. “To be around alcohol and perhaps people that might be indulging in drugs is a formula for disaster.”

Fox News contributor and psychiatrist Dr. Keith Ablow, who does not treat Lohan, says her social media behavior is not a good sign, either.

“Unfortunately, celebrity has become so laden with fiction and public relations stunts that it is utterly impossible to determine whether the behavior of stars represents staged antics designed for Instagram, Twitter and the paparazzi or actual life events that might cause concern,” he said. “Lindsay Lohan is an aging former superstar who has avoided so many of life’s most joyous commitments, opting instead for momentary pleasures, that it is hard to imagine her emerging unscathed.”

Warren Zysman of ACI Rehab, who does not treat Lohan, said her behavior shows how destructive addiction is. “These photos and her new job promoting a night club are activities not conducive to a sober lifestyle and raise significant concern for her possible need to seek additional addiction and behavioral health services, as addicts often relapse to self-medicate a mental health condition,” Zysman said.

Lohan’s rep had no comment on the health professionals’ concerns.

In 2007, Lohan was arrested and charged with possession and misdemeanor use of cocaine. In 2013 she told Oprah Winfrey she was addicted to alcohol and it was a gateway to other things, including cocaine. Lohan has had two DUIs, six arrests, six trips to rehab, 14 days in jail and seven car accidents.

Dr. Samuels did however point out one positive thing Lohan has going on in her life.

“The good news is her helping refugees in the Middle East is evidence of being of service and making a commitment to helping others.”

Lohan visited Turkey in September to meet with Syrian refugees, and is reportedly working with Papageorgiou to provide refugee camps with energy drinks.
