First let me start by saying I have had a lot of coffee in my day and this coffee is the smoothest and best tasting that I have ever drank, it has such exquisite aroma and smooth rich taste I find that this Jamaica Blue Coffee gives me a satisfyingly smooth and balanced flavor of coffee. This is a medium roast coffee and consequently you notice the more subtle flavors in the coffee unlike a Dark Roast French Roast that can have sort of a burnt taste. I consider this a mild, yet tasteful cup of coffee. There is no bitterness to this coffee. This Blue Mountain is richer than the Folger’s I usually drink and appears to contain a bit more caffeine, but definitely not too much. This is a beautiful coffee. The capsules fit into my Keurig machine perfectly. I use a ten-ounce setting and it’s plenty rich enough; Dancing Moon recommends an eight-ounce setting. Jamaican Blue Mountain has developed a reputation that has made it one of the most expensive and sought-after coffees in the world. So, yes, this coffee is expensive and while I plan to buy more coffee from dancing Moon, I will brew myself a cup for a treat and use a cheaper brand of coffee for everyday drinking. So order you some of the Jamaican Blue Moon coffee and have you a few butter cookies and enjoy because you will never have a better tasting coffee than this.
