Megan Fox”fat” face is not from surgery
There have been some rumours circulating that Megan Fox has had surgery to give her a fuller face but it appears that this is not the case. Dr. Chiu of Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeryclaims that, while surgery was a possibility it appears that Megan Fox has simply put on weight.

Dr. Chiu explained, “When you look at her whole body and specifically, arms, it appears that she simply gained weight, which would be a much more reasonable explanation for the fullness of her face. After all, why would she want to make her face look fuller and lose the high cheekbones and strong jaw line that have defined her facially as a sex symbol for the current/younger generation?”
Dr. Aaron Rollins of SonoBello in Beverly Hills added, “In fact her fuller face shows deeper lines in her naso labial folds.” Megan Foxhas been working hard to change her image and, as well as removing a belly button piercing, she is also removing some of her tattoos.
