Arlene HowardRead Bio
Arlene Howard founded her namesake Public Relations firm in 2002. Arlene’s prior experience includes executive-level international marketing with the MGM-Mirage Group and providing publicity for high-end casinos. Target customers included high-profile personalities, government and business people. While Vice-president of Marketing at West Park Capital, Inc., Arlene was in charge of strategic alliances on behalf of medical, pharmaceutical and technology companies. Arlene was Executive Vice President of Corporate Public Relations and Company Spokesperson at Pathe-MGM, an entertainment group specializing in feature films. It was a re-organization between France’s Pathe and MGM Studios. Arlene was in charge of all corporate communications (i.e. damage and spin control) during the tumultuous reign of Giancarlo Paretti as he tried to re-energize the “sleeping lion.” At Embassy Pictures, Arlene was Public Relations Coordinator – International Public Relations Director, for the production and distribution company headed by independent producer and impresario, Joseph E. Levine. Embassy produced a roster of commercial and award-winning independent films starring Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni, and films directed by Vittorio De Sica and Federico Fellini, including the Academy Award winning ‘TWO WOMEN,’ ‘FELLINI’S 8 1/2’ and ‘LA DOLCE VITA.’ Howard’s great achievement was troubleshooting a censorship issue regarding the movie ‘BABYDOLL’ starring Carol Baker. She was able to secure a private Papal audience for Joseph E. Levine and Pope Paul VI which resulted in a massive publicity campaign and forced the hand of the Legion of Decency to rescind its ‘C’ rating. Arlene studied Public Speaking/Public Relations at Columbia University and speaks English, Italian and Spanish. Her international experience includes China, the United Kingdom, Italy, Morocco and the United States.

Bryce NoelRead Bio
Co-Founder AHPR
At this point in my career I take pride in being one of the best educated, credentialed and experienced people/professionals in my field. After serving in the Army, I completed an undergraduate degree in Economics. I felt Economics was a strong foundation to prepare for a variety of professional opportunities, whether Law, Finance, Banking or Insurance. I have always believed in life-long learning and have continued to refine my skill set through multiple post-graduate degrees and certifications with the twin objective of better serving my clients and advancing my knowledge in my specific areas of focus:
1. Business continuity
2. Estate (transfer) tax
3. Retirement funding)
I funded my last two years of college selling Life Insurance and made the decision that this would be my future. It was clear that the first credential I should (earn) was the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation. The CLU designation is the gold standard for my industry requiring formal education, a minimum of five years of field experience and two days of rigorous testing. I became one of the youngest in the industry to achieve this designation. Later in my career, as the marketing VP for a major life insurance company’s wholly owned subsidiary, I discovered Pepperdine University’s Presidential Key Executive Masters of Business Administration program (MBA). This program provided the focused training in the areas of on Marketing, Analysis and Management Psychology that I was looking for. The MBA was quickly followed by the ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from the American College. A program focused on financial products and solutions for more complex estate needs and higher net worth individuals. In The American College (the preeminent institution for education in the insurance industry) added a master degree in Financial Services MSFS to their curriculum. As I felt that more is better in terms of/with regard to client-based knowledge, I acquired this degree as well. Along the way there were, and still are, many continuing education seminars, special classes and tutorials. I have taken advantage of these and continue to do so. I am Bryce Noel (CLU, MBA, ChFC, MSFS) and am well prepared to provide a range of exclusive services in my field.

Lee Patrick SullivanRead Bio
In his two decades of writing and producing stories, Lee Patrick Sullivan has lived by a simple rule: “Tell me a story.” In newsrooms from New York to London, Washington, DC to Los Angeles this simple rule can be found in his stories for CBS, ABC, Bloomberg and the BBC.
If it’s a plane crash, the newest tech gadget or a health breakthrough, there’s a story to be told. Lee Patrick learned early on, while getting his Master’s in Journalism from New York University, anyone can repeat facts and figures. What keeps the viewer or readers attention is the story.
Since joining the world of Public Relations, his rule has served him well. When calling producers and story editors, Lee Patrick doesn’t pitch a client. He tells their story. He crafts a narrative, which is hard to turn down.Through his experience working for top tier networks, he knows who to call, when to call, and most importantly when not to call.
Lee Patrick’s camera and editing skills also bring a wide range of tools to tell his stories. And he looks forward to telling the many stories yet to be told by clients of Arlene Howard PR.
