Her bottom is single handedly causing a crazed stampede of desperate women keen to go under the knife to get that royal seat.
Since we saw big sis Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and Prince William get hitched at the royal wedding of the century, Pippa has achieved global fame, all with the help of a form fitting bridesmaid dress designed by Alexander McQueen.
The flattering gown left watchers asking two things: could her gown have been padded and, if not, how do I get that back?
We’ve all said this at one point, “Wouldn’t it be nice if I could just suck that fat right off my stomach?” Then we’d look even more amazing in that little black dress and not have to wear our Spanx (even though they work miracles). The myth is that if you get lipo, the fat will just find another place to appear but that is not true. Whether or not you have lipo, you can always gain weight. It’s just very hard to gain it in areas that have been lipo-ed unless you really, really try. Lipo sometimes helps jump start a persons weight loss regime.

A special gel called macrolane imitates the pertness and bounciness of her royal hotness’s backside, say plastic surgeons Eva Kusch and Thorsten Wiens, who offer a heart-shaped derriere as ‘the Pippa’ at their clinic in Essen, Germany.
‘Not everyone has the time to do it the natural way with pilates and running so we need a short cut to look like Pippa,’ said one fan of the op.
Plastic surgeons have reported a huge rise in requests from women for a ‘butt lift’ to give them a rump like the royal sister-in-law.
One American surgeon, Dr Constantino Mendieta recently said that he had seen a 20 per cent rise in patients seeking bottom lifts who had used Pippa as their ‘rear idol’.
‘In that wedding gown, she created a stir,’ he said. ‘People want those dimensions. She’s just gorgeous.’
However experts have warned that such operations carry a risk and can even be fatal if carried out incorrectly.
Pippa achieved notoriety for her bottom after appearing at the Royal Wedding in April in a white bridesmaid’s dress by designer Sarah Burton which emphasised her curves.

Picking up a cup for joe before tending to her daily duties, Pippa Middleton was seen walking to work in London, England this morning (September 29).
The beautiful Brit looked fabulous as she readied for her workday, wearing a flowing white frock complete with a red leather purse and matching flats as she stopped for coffee with friends before punching in.
In related news, Pippa’s rear end is causing yet another craze – a surge in a certain cosmetic procedure now coined the “Pippa butt lift.”
According to Miami-based Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Constantino Mendieta, Miss Middleton’s backside envy arose when she served as maid of honor for big sister Kate’s April 29th nuptials.
“In that wedding gown, she created a stir. People want those dimensions. She’s just gorgeous,” Dr Mendieta explained during a recent interview with “Good Morning America”.
Additionally, Mendieta says that 80 percent of all cosmetic work completed in his office are now butt lifts, with a whopping 20 percent of patients specifically requesting a Pippa-like derriere.

Achieving the Pippa Middleton butt is a procedure requiring liposcution from the stomach and injecting fat into backside to slim waist and contour the rear. Believe it not, gaining weight is best for this surgery because new fat is easier to shape than moulding old fat.
Surgery takes just two hours and recovery time is about six weeks.
Dr. Mendieta told “GMA” that 80 percent of plastic surgery patients want butt lifts with 20 percent requests specifically for Pippa’s rear.
Patient, Christina Valdez, was happy with her results from Dr. Mendieta and went from a size 6 to a size 2. Photos shown revealed a more sexy, sculpted body for Christine. Who would have imagined obtaining a butt like Pippa Middleton would entail gaining weight?

When others lost their heads to the whims of greater Miami’s $230 billion real-estate industry, 79-year-old Larry Mizrach, president of Mizrach Realty Associates, so resolutely kept his focus on Art Deco and other historic design properties that locals decided to rechristen the city’s blossoming Wynwood quarter in his name.
Mizrach arrived in Wynwood in 1944, a 12-year-old New Yorker whose family drove south to open a clothing factory under the Miami sun. The $1,972 Art Deco Series 62 Cadillac Club Coupe was the tropical car of choice then, and Al Capone was living in a 6,103-square-foot Mediterranean Revival mansion on Palm Island that cost the mob boss $40,000.
Life magazine dubbed neighboring Miami Beach “Babylon U.S.A.,” with snapshots of showgirls hopping the Miami Biltmore Special train down from Broadway for “chance meetings with thick-walleted gentlemen,” who in 1947 poured $220 million into the local economy.
